Artisan Gelato and industrially made Gelato are worlds apart. True artisan Gelato like ours must be made completely from scratch by a skilled artisan. The ingredients used must be authentic and of excellent quality, no powder flavourings, colourants or emulsifiers are used.

Locally roasted beans from Milton, with a Chocolate, Honey and Biscuit tasting notes. Ground freshly for you and your guests by our skilled barista will mean fabulous coffee at your event.

In our travels with Suzi our motorhome by Lake Geneva, we discovered the best hot chocolate called Caotina. We no longer drink anything else when a hot cocoa is required. We order all the way from Switzerland to ensure only the best is on offer. Great selection of teas, herbal and decaf are available.

We love to help make peoples events outstanding. We are happy to work with you to offer items at your request. These can include home made Filipino treats as seen at select market events, cakes, pick and mix. Please ask and we will try to accommodate.

For weddings we can also offer to decorate the cart with some specially selected decor.
